What size or gauge Body Jewellery Size Should I Order?
We get asked these questions the most. You will need to know the thickness of the jewellery and the length or diameter that you require. This is fairly easy to measure but if you are unsure your piercer should be able to advise. Below are the most commons sizes used.
The most common sizes are as follows:
* Navel, Tongue and Nipple jewellery - 1.6mm (or 14 Gauge)
* Eyebrow - 1.2mm (16 Gauge)
* Nose - 0.8mm (20 Gauge)
* Labret piercings are usually either 1.2mm (16 Gauge) or 1.6mm (14 Gauge)
These are the standard thicknesses of body jewellery that we sell, so unless you have an unusual piercing, you do not have to worry about this measurement.
We often get asked what are the sizes of jewellery in my country. In Europe thickness is shown in mm but in other parts of the world people use gauge.

We are in the United Kingdom. Yes, we ship Worldwide.
We ony ship to the address given by Paypal. We are not held responsible for an incorrect postal address.
If your parcel is returned back because it was refused, undelivered incorrect address or left to too long at your local postal centre for collection. There will be a shipping fee to re-send if you no longer require only the cost of the item will be refunded not the postage.
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship all orders From the U.K within 24-48 hours of receipt of the order. Delivery takes 2-7 Days U.K and 10-14 days Worldwide. Please note Buyers are responsible for any VAT, customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
How much do you charge for shipping?
Shipping via 2nd class mail UK is FREE. Upgrades within the UK is available. Worldwide International Fully insured, tracked and required a signature on delivery is £10.00.
What types of payment does Crystal Berries accept?
We accept all major credit cards, most debit cards & PayPal.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on any body piercing jewellery due to the intimate nature of body piercing jewellery and to protect the health of our customers.
Is Crystal Berries Internet Store secure?
Yes, ordering online with us is safe and secure. Our online order system is secured using SSL and Authorize.net Payment Services and we do not store credit card numbers on our website. See details below.
