Beautiful Double Teardrop & Double Gem Clear Cubic Zirconia Beaded Internally Threaded Labret
 
The Top starts with 1 x 1mm single bead, below is the first Clear Cubic Zirconia Gem Teardrop which is 3mm (Widest point) x 4mm (Height) below is 2 x 2mm Clear Gems either side with 1mm beaded top & bottom. The main Teardrop is 4.3mm (Widest point) x 6.3mm (Height) finishing off with 3 x1mm Trinity beads.
