The White Opal shade is Fire & Snow OP17. Above the Opal is 3 x 2mm Clear Cubic Zirconia Gems with 1 x 1.2mm beads below , 3 x 1.2mm beads above. Below the Opal is 3 x 1.2mm beads in a trinity setting.
